FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions about Hypnotherapy

What is the process during my hypnotherapy session?

We begin with a discussion about your goals, feelings, expectations, and any questions you may have. You then get comfortable on a soft, warm couch, either lying or sitting. We perform breathing exercises to help you relax. Once ready, you close your eyes and are gently guided into hypnosis, embarking on a healing journey tailored to your needs. Clients with deep trauma or PTSD may have a different, approach, as each experience is unique.

At the end of a session, you can expect to feel deeply relaxed, positive, energized, and excited about future changes. A follow up session may be arranged depending on the circumstances and you may be encouraged to listen to a personalized recording to reinforce the lessons and continue your growth, strengthening neural pathways for lasting change.
